Feena – First Thoughts

Feena is your go-to healer, a lifesaver when it comes to racking up those precious quest points. As the priestess of the Myra people and the chosen one (thanks to her crystal affinity), Feena might not look like much of a threat at first glance. But don’t let her gentle demeanour fool you—this Myra beauty has some tricks up her sleeve!

Profile Analysis

Alright, let’s be real—Feena doesn’t exactly scream “powerhouse” on paper. She’s got 4 movement and 2 attack dice, just like Lily and Nagold. But here’s where things get interesting…

First off, she’s got 4 Life Points compared to their measly 3, so she’s a bit harder to take down. Plus, she’s packing 2 points of magical armour, which her peers can only dream of.

Now, her Attack power isn’t going to win any awards. With a range of 4 and an attack value of 3, she’s not setting the world on fire. And she doesn’t have any attacking skills either. But don’t write her off just yet! In a recent game, Feena was the MVP, taking down three of my opponent’s characters and racking up quest points like a pro. Remember, her low attack value can be boosted with Manoeuvre Effects, god cards, and passive buffs from allies.

Feena’s real strength lies in her healing and protection abilities, so let’s break those down.

Protection of Nature

Feena’s active skill is as straightforward as they come: a Hero or Crystal within A3 of Feena heals 2 damage points. It won’t take them above their starting value, but it does let you undo your opponent’s hard work and set back their progress.

Crystals can be tough nuts to crack since you can’t stack Manoeuvre Effects against them. Imagine your opponent’s frustration when you restore 2 Life Points to their target crystal, snatching victory from their grasp. Classic Feena!

“May my prayers guide you”

This skill requires a bit more explanation, but stick with me—it’s worth it. If a friendly Hero within A2 of Feena uses one or more protection tokens (which reduce your opponent’s attack dice pool by 1), then at the end of that activation (triggered when another character is attacked), the hero regains 1 protection token.

From a defense buff perspective, that’s pretty awesome. Pair this with a character like Roland, whose passive skill means he removes 2 dice from the opponent’s dice pool when using a protection token, and you’ve just made Roland nearly invincible!

So, there you have it—Feena, the underestimated powerhouse with a knack for healing and protecting. Use her wisely, and you’ll have your opponents pulling their hair out in no time!
